This is Pete. I'm a photographer in Madison, Wisconsin. I see the world in little pieces as well as in vast tracts. I am curious and photography helps me to explore the curiosity that the world surrounds me with. I have an insatiable desire to discover the world, and remember, the world doesn't have to be far away. It's all around.

As an image maker always in search of another challenge I continue to strive for interesting images. My photographic skills are diverse and include experience with fashion, architectural, portrait, wedding, lifestyle, photojournalism and my passion, fine art photography. In addition I have worked on a number of film projects (documentaries and screen plays) as the still photographer where the images are used for a film's promotional purposes and web sites

I discovered photography in 1998. For some reason it took nearly 28 years to realize I wanted to capture images for a living. I remember it felt like I was 6 years old again, why 6? Because that was when I discovered baseball as a youngster. I knew right then and there I was going to be a baseball player when I grew up. Well, I still play baseball but not for a living, but I did get to realize my other dream: to be a professional photographer. What a grand gift.
